Tennis Europe Clothing Rules: Watch the Logo Size!

One thing that surprised us when Charlotte started playing Tennis Europe tournaments was how strict the clothing regulations are, especially regarding sponsor logos.

Many junior players receive support from local businesses, tennis clubs, academies, or equipment sponsors. However, Tennis Europe limits the size and placement of logos that can appear on a player’s clothing.

For example, a manufacturer’s logo (such as Nike, Adidas, Yonex, or Wilson) is generally allowed up to 13 cm², while a commercial sponsor logo is limited to 19.5 cm². Players can normally display up to two sponsor logos, but both size and placement must comply with the regulations.

This means that large sponsor logos across the chest or back of a shirt, which are common at local tournaments, may not be permitted at Tennis Europe events.
